1. How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, then delivered within 7–12 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location.


2. When will I receive my tracking number?

You’ll receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched with Aramex. Tracking becomes active after the courier scans your parcel.


3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on qualifying orders, which is clearly displayed at checkout.


4. Can I change or cancel my order?

Order changes or cancellations are possible within 12 hours of placing your order. Once processing has started, we may not be able to make changes.


5. What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos or videos of the issue. We’ll review it and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


6. What is your return policy?

Returns can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Please contact us before sending any items back.


7. Do you ship nationwide in South Africa?

Yes. We deliver to all provinces across South Africa. Deliveries to rural or outlying areas may take an additional 1–2 business days.
