1. Order Processing & Handling
Once your payment has been successfully received and confirmed, your order enters our processing and handling stage.

Orders are processed on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
2. Delivery Timeframes
After processing, your order is dispatched for delivery.

Once your order has been prepared and is ready for final delivery, it is dispatched via Aramex, one of South Africa’s most trusted courier partners.

• Rural deliveries may take slightly longer
4. Order Tracking
To ensure accurate tracking and reliable delivery updates:

Tracking becomes active once the courier scans the parcel into their system

If a parcel is returned due to an address issue, a reshipping fee may apply.
